HEC Paris or École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris) is one of the world's foremost business schools, repeatedly ranked #1 in Europe by the Financial Times. Founded in 1881, HEC is among the few Grandes Ecoles which educate France's top executives and political elite. It has many notable alumni in business and politics, including three current French ministers, the director-general of the WTO and the IMF president. In 2010, 10 of the 40 largest French publicly traded companies have an alumnus of HEC Paris as CEO (or equivalent). The Grande école programme (MSc in Management) is known for its very competitive entrance exam (concours). Fewer than 5% of French students attending the dedicated and itself quite selective undergraduate curriculum are admitted each year. Because of this selection, HEC is regarded as one of the most prestigious schools in France together with the Ecole Polytechnique (engineering) and the Ecole Normale Supérieure (sciences and literature) which have similar recruitment processes.

The counselors were really great. They made me understand my weak points, focussed my preparation for GMAT rather than generic preparation which happen with other institutes. I am grateful to GMAT Delhi to provide me with such a tailor made preparation material and excellent CAT based GMAT practice papers. Even after GMAT exams the experience of Pankaj and Aditya Sir helped me gain admit to Cox with whopping $56,000 scholarship.
